After services are complete, we'll follow up with the client to ensure our service met both their and their pets' expectations. If there are items to return (medication, keys, etc.) we will coordinate a time for that to happen or specific in-home drop off/storage location. There will be an opportunity for feedback and review as well as a final invoice in case additional things were needed (by request or with approval). There will also be an opportunity for gratuity for your service provider, and though that is never expected, it is always appreciated.
