The time we're caring for your animal is the most important time for everyone, but the time leading up to the appointment is vital to ensure we have a good understanding of what your pets may need. If you are a first time client, it is strongly encouraged to complete that interest form as soon as you know you will need service to accommodate our meet and greet process and to coordinate and complete our confirmation and invoice process. Returning clients do not need a meet and greet, but spaces do fill quickly. Please reach out as soon as you know you will need our services.
For new clients, once an interest form is completed, one of our staff members will reach out to you to begin the process of getting to know you, your pets, and your needs. Once details are confirmed, the following will happen:
PVM Staff will schedule an in-home meet and greet with the client and their furry family to ensure we have a handle on the who, what, where, and how.Â
This in-home meet and greet will be a prepaid $25 at scheduling. Amount will be applied to the first booking's final invoice.
This in-home meet and greet should occur the week before the booking is set to begin to allow us to have the most current information and expectations to keep your furry family safe and happy. We are able to schedule months in advance, so please do not wait until the week before to reach out. We can't guarantee we will have space available.
Once the meet and greet is scheduled and paid (or if you are a returning client and we have confirmed a future booking), the client will receive an invoice for their requested services. Pre-payment is expected for services booked and failure to pay within 10 days of booking start will result in the booking being canceled. Should plans change PVM follows the below cancelation schedule:
Cancelations further than 30 days from booking: 100% refund of any paid fees back to client
Cancelations from 30 days 7 days from booking: 100% of paid fees able to be applied to future bookings
Cancelations shorter than 7 days from booking: No refunds/credits applied
